To continue to experience the benefits of the mind fulness practice, we need to keep practising. This is much easier to do when we feel supported, connected and continue to feel that our practice is stimulating and deepening.
Support practice sessions will be offered at (approximately) 6-8 week intervals. These sessions are ideal for developing a sense of community with like-minded people, for practicing as a group, and for deepening our practice of mindfulness. There is no need to book, you can simply come along.
