Mindfulness in the Community


The MBSR course is the most recognised and established mindfulness course, taught all over the world, and scientifically proven to help people cope better with stress, depression and anxiety.

This transformative course is suited for those coming to meditation for the first time or for experienced meditators who realize they have not yet integrated these practices fully into their lives.

NOTE: This MBSR course is intended ONLY for people who have already completed a Mindfulness Taster Session. If you’re new to mindfulness, we recommend that you start by attending one of our introductory taster mindfulness sessions.
