Join me for a day immersion in all things mindful to power your productivity, awareness, and joy for life, set along the beautiful sandy shores of West Cork.
The retreat offers a chance to spend the day for yourself, to relax and reconnect in a beautiful setting. The day will be spent in silence, with a familiar range of guided meditations that will help you to engage and deepen your mindfulness practice.
Please bring your own lunch. You are also welcome to bring any mats, cushions, or blankets you like to use in your home practice. We recommend you dress comfortably, in non-restrictive clothing.
NOTE: This retreat is intended ONLY for people who have already completed an 8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). If you’re new to mindfulness, we recommend that you start by attending an 8-Week Course or one of our introductory taster mindfulness sessions.
